EcoExploratorio: Museo de Ciencias de Puerto Rico is an independent science and technology education initiative in Puerto Rico. It arises from people in the community including scientists, researchers, teachers, children, and university students joining in order to advance the scientific literacy of our people and strengthen the workforce of Puerto Rico. The EcoExploratory will serve as Puerto Rico's center of gravity for science, technology, mathematics, and engineering. I have had the opportunity to volunteer in many of their activities since 2016, including Planeta Digital, a fair that moves throughout many public spaces across Puerto Rico annually sharing science to the community.
